Jack Wilshere has named Bukayo Saka as the best player in the Arsenal squad right now.
Ex-Gunners midfielder Wilshere, who recently signed for Championship side Bournemouth, was asked on Twitter who’s the best individual in the current squad at the Emirates Stadium.
The 29-year-old midfielder answered with highly-rated teenager Saka.
Saka! What a player. https://t.co/D1cCPbrBfu

Despite being so young, Saka has emerged as a real talisman for Arsenal in the last year and is surely one of the first names in Mikel Arteta’s starting XI.
The 19-year-old speedster has managed four goals and three assists so far this season in 23 games across all competitions.
He’s already earned four senior international caps for England and for his country it looks like he’s viewed as an option at left-back by Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate.
Saka has the versatility to play at full-back, but Arsenal fans are much more used to seeing him in forward areas and he looks most natural as a winger.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is still the one man in the current Arsenal ranks that can say he’s reached the world-class bracket, but others have stepped up in the past month with his form inconsistent this season.
Saka has been someone on the pitch that has been dragging his teammates through some tough spells and it’s hard to remember him having a bad game.
He’s a skilful left-footer that is brilliant with his dribbling and trickery in wide positions, plus he’s starting to find the knack of getting into more goalscoring positions.
