Leeds United are in advanced talks to re-sign Manchester City winger Jack Harrison on loan for the second season in succession, according to BBC Sport.
The 22-year-old played 42 games for the Whites as they reached the Championship play-offs last season.
Harrison’s return to Leeds might represent something of a surprise among supporters. The ex-New York City man netted just four goals and created three assists last season.
There is undoubted potential in the youngster, however, and Marcelo Bielsa clearly sees something in him.

Pep Guardiola equally appears to rate him highly, although he doesn’t see him as making waves at City any time soon.
Bielsa agreed to stay at Leeds despite failing in the play-offs last season. The remit hasn’t changed though and promotion will be the firm challenge for 2019/20.
TBR Verdict
Harrison proved to be a bit of an enigma at times last season.
Some games he would look unplayable, whilst in others, he would show his inexperience and go missing from the action.
There is, however, lots of potential in the youngster.
At 22-years-old there is still lots of scope for him to improve and perhaps Bielsa thinks that by taking him on loan again, he would stand the best possible chance of signing him permanently.

The 2019/20 campaign could be a big one for Harrison.
If he can contribute towards more goals then Leeds could be tempted to pay big money to sign him permanently.
The jury remains out among some supporters and it is up to the winger to prove he is the player to lead the promotion charge.
