Leeds United winger Jack Harrison has once again reiterated his commitment to the club, insisting he would be happy to remain at the club beyond the end of his current loan spell.
The left-winger is in his second term at Leeds on loan from Manchester City. After a mixed first season at Elland Road, Harrison has come on leaps and bounds this term, playing a regular starring role in Leeds’ promotion fight.

Speaking in an interview, as reported by Leeds Live, the 23-year-old confirmed he would like to remain at Leeds next season, especially if they are promoted to the Premier League.
“As a player, it’s hard for me to say why I wouldn’t want to come back here. For me, it’s been a great experience. The lads have been great, working with the coaching staff I’ve learnt a lot and just the club as a whole have really helped me out.
“There’s no reason why I should say ‘no I don’t want to stay here next season.’
“Hopefully, if it’s in the Premier League, then even better. Fingers crossed that happens.”
The report also details an apparent transfer agreement with City for the winger, which would see him become a Leeds United player for an £8 million fee this summer.
Whether, amid the current global health crisis, Leeds would be able to make such a deal, is up for debate. What is not, is whether Leeds should try and keep him next term.
Harrison is an integral member of the Leeds XI under Marcelo Bielsa and has improved exponentially since his first arrival in West Yorkshire.
It is not the first time that Harrison has expressed a desire to remain at Leeds in the long-term and that is a massive positive for the club.
Hopefully, Leeds United fans will be watching Harrison playing in the Premier League next season at Elland Road.
