Aston Villa and England midfielder, Jack Grealish, has lavished praise on Bukayo Saka ahead of the Three Lions’ clash with Scotland tonight.
Saka was a surprise inclusion in the England set-up for this summer. His excellent season with Arsenal earned him the call. With the Gunners, the won the player of the year award to cap off his fine campaign.

The youngster is known for being able to slot into a variety of positions on the pitch. He can do a job at left-back if needed, but can also play in attacking areas in both wide positions. At wing-back, Saka is also well-suited.
And it seems Saka has made quite the impression at England level, too.
Speaking to Talksport this week, Villa star Grealish believes Saka is a ‘great’ player, and praised the youngster for being so humble.
“He’s so funny, he’s so, so funny. He makes me laugh. Me and Chilly, we just sit there laughing with him every day,” Grealish said.
“He’s so funny. He’s a lovely lad and he’s obviously a great player. I’ve only known him this year, but he’s such a lovely lad and so down to earth.”
Grealish was speaking about Saka in the same interview he admitted he’d like to work with Jose Mourinho, as covered on TBR yesterday.
Saka to play an important role alongside Grealish?
Whether Gareth Southgate opts to use the pair remains down to him.
However, both players here can do a job for the Three Lions. It’s easy to see why Saka was included. Not only is he an excellent player, but his versatility means Southgate has options.
It’s also great to hear Grealish singing his praises off the field. So much can be said for a good team spirit, especially at international level.
The best teams often find success by being a close-knit group. With Saka and Grealish here, it’s just another example of this England squad being in that mold.
