Jack Clarke has wished Robbie Gotts well after he left Leeds United yesterday.
Gotts departs
Gotts came through Leeds academy and has spent his entire professional career at Elland Road to date.
However, his first team chances have been limited, and it was decided on deadline day that a move away would serve him well.
Leeds ultimately have sold Gotts to Barrow, and the young midfielder was inundated with messages from current and former teammates after the late deadline day announcement.

Clarke’s struggles since leaving Leeds
Clarke, of course, left Leeds two years ago now – but his career hasn’t really taken off since.
The winger was purchased for a sizeable fee by Tottenham Hotspur, but he is yet to make the grade in North London.
Clarke actually opted to stick around and fight for a place at Spurs this summer, but he seems some way down the pecking order with Nuno’s side.
Gotts, on the other hand, will be expected to start at Barrow.
He has now dropped to League Two, and it may be a question of taking a few steps back before making big strides forward for the Leeds academy graduate, as he looks to aid his development.
