Newcastle United are playing some of the best football in the Premier League right now.
Not only are they securing big wins, they’re doing it in style, overwhelming opposition defences with exciting, attacking football.
It’s hard to pick out a single Newcastle player for praise right now.
The collective effort and improvement of the team has been a credit to Eddie Howe and his staff.
They’ve not recruited heavily in the past year, but the players they have brought in have lifted the rest of the squad.

Newcastle’s form has been so good that several members of the team are now in consideration to go to the World Cup.
Dan Burn has been backed by Neil Warnock to go Qatar based on his performances this season.
Kieran Trippier will be in Southgate’s squad, and Alan Shearer thinks he’s England best defender right now.
Shearer has now selected forward Callum Wilson as his wildcard pick for the squad ahead of tomorrow’s announcement.
In particular, he’s been seriously impressed with Wilson’s movement but is worried about his injury record.
Shearer impressed with Wilson’s movement
The 30-year-old forward has already missed seven games this season with a hamstring issue.
However, six goals and two assists in ten league appearances is a fantastic return for Wilson.
Newcastle broke their transfer record to bring in forward Alexander Isak.
The young Swede has also had his injury issues, and Howe hasn’t had to choose between the two forwards yet.
Glenn Murray has previously said Wilson should go to the World Cup, and Shearer agrees.
Whoever is selected by Southgate as Harry Kane’s back-up is unlikely to play a huge number of minutes in Qatar.
But Wilson is someone who could make a massive impact off the bench.

Shearer has been impressed with Wilson, especially his movement and goal scoring ability.
“I mean there’s a discussion over Callum Wilson, as back-up to Harry Kane,” Shearer said.
“I’ve watched him closely, he’s playing really well.
“If he’s injury-free for me he has to go. His movement’s fantastic, he’s one of these natural goal scorers.
“I don’t think he’ll take Wilson and Dominic Calvert-Lewin because of their injuries, they both can go out in the first training session and get injured and it would be a disaster.”
