Early Premier League leaders Arsenal face the toughest test of the new season this weekend as they travel to defending Premier League champions Liverpool on Sunday.
Arsenal lead Liverpool and rivals Tottenham at the top of the Premier League table on goal difference after two games, with all three teams winning both of their fixtures so far.
Eberechi Eze is poised to make his Arsenal debut at Liverpool, having been announced to the Emirates Stadium shortly before last weekend’s big win over Leeds.

Eze turned down a move to Spurs to join boyhood club Arsenal from Crystal Palace, and has not hidden his excitement at representing the Gunners, wearing the number ten shirt.
Eberechi Eze makes first post after Arsenal move as Ivan Toney replies
Eze has spoken in glowing terms about his move to Arsenal, with announcement posts to his social media channels when his move was confirmed. In one post, he captioned a video with: ‘Only God.’
Now he has posted a first reflection on his Emirates welcome on Sunday before the Leeds game when he couldn’t wipe the smile from his face.
Alongside an image of him walking out to the Emirates crowd, Eze wrote: “The climb continues” and a number of footballers replied.
Among them was Eze’s England teammate Ivan Toney, currently playing at Al Ahli and strongly linked with Arsenal before his move to Saudi Arabia last year. Toney replied: “The boy man” alongside a love heart emoji and a face with hearts.
Eberechi Eze debut at Liverpool could help offset Bukayo Saka injury blow
Eze will be looking to pick up where he left off for Crystal Palace, helping them to the Community Shield earlier this month following his match-winning role in May’s remarkable FA Cup final against Manchester City.

An Arsenal debut for Eze looks certain this weekend in an early fixture that could boost the Premier League title chances of either side – especially with Bukayo Saka set to miss out.
Arsenal have finished second in each of the last three seasons, with Eze joining Viktor Gyokeres and Martin Zubimendi in strengthening their squad.
Mikel Arteta will wait for news on Saka and Martin Odegaard as they both limped out of the Leeds win. Reports suggest Saka is set for a spell on the sidelines with a hamstring issue.
