'It's so straightforward': Arsenal fans discuss potential Alexandre Lacazette sale

Arsenal are apparently willing to sell Alexandre Lacazette this summer, as long as a club meets the asking price which the Gunners have yet to set.

Football.London claim Lacazette is among a number of players Mikel Arteta could be willing to part ways with this summer. Alongside the likes of David Luiz, Eddie Nketiah, and on-loan players like Guendouzi and Torreira, Lacazette may well find himself pushed out.

It remains to be seen what sort of fee Arsenal would demand for the experienced French striker. However, he is well regarded in Europe, with the likes of Monaco, Inter, and Atletico Madrid all linked in the past.

Arsenal fans, then, have been discussing the potential sale of Lacazette on Twitter over the last day or so. And while there are some who feel he can do a job, some believe the time is right to cut Lacazette loose.

He is a team player striker. There are no strikers like him no more. Bobby Frimino is more of a false nine/playmaker striker. Lacazette is unique and despite his flaws, he has helped young players and contributed to the team player instead of his own goal tally.
