Manchester City’s Jack Grealish says Tottenham’s Harry Kane is a huge part of what makes this England squad one of the most talented ever.
In an interview with ITV Sport ahead of England’s huge clash with France on Saturday night, Grealish hailed the quality of the players at Gareth Southgate’s disposal.
Kane is of course the captain of the team and is absolutely nailed on to start against the reigning world champions at the weekend.
He got off the mark against Senegal, which will silence some of the chatter around him, and he already has three assists to his name so far in Qatar.

Grealish on Kane
Grealish said: “This is no disrespect to people that have played in the past, but this one of the most talented England teams.
“The players we have at the moment, Phil Foden, Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham.
“There’s so much talent and it’s just frightening being around it every day in training.”
Grealish is yet to start a game for England at the World Cup but has come off the bench in every single match so far.
It seems most likely that will continue against France, with sheer pace on the break likely to be the order of the day from the start.
Phil Foden and Bukayo Saka were exceptional either side of Kane against Senegal and Marcus Rashford was unlucky to be left out of that starting XI.
But the game could go on for two hours and it seems likely Grealish will be needed in that event, where his close control and dribbling could be so vital.
