Various reports emerged earlier today suggesting that Balogun had agreed a pre-contract agreement with the German club. The young striker is still yet to sign a new deal, with a number of clubs said to be keen on him.
However, Romano, taking to his Twitter account after the news emerged, claims that there is no agreement in place for Balogun as yet, although there are up to 15 bids on the table for his services.
Folarin Balogun has received more than 15 bids as a free agent for next summer. His contract situation with Arsenal is stalling, still complicated because he wants to play. 🔴 #AFC

Balogun has been in and around the first-team this season and has scored in the Europa League. Mikel Arteta is said to be desperate to keep the youngster, having previously called him ‘superb’ after their EL win over Dundalk.
The Gunners also have Eddie Nketiah in the ranks, while Alexandre Lacazette has come to the fore at times this season.
But it seems, for now anyway, that Balogun is remaining a Gunners player.
TBR View: Arsenal need to sort this quickly, it would be a huge loss
Arsenal will be kicking themselves if they allow Balogun to leave the club. A young talent with huge potential and a player who is clearly rated highly by the management.
The issue they have is convincing him to be patient. He clearly wants to play regular games but at the moment, Arsenal can’t offer him that.
However, they can move to make him an offer he can’t refuse. And if they really do value him so highly, then that is exactly what needs to happen.
