Tottenham Hotspur fans have expressed confidence that they will be signing Dusan Vlahovic now, after an update from Gianluca Di Marzio dropped last night.

Vlahovic incoming?

The Italian report claims that Fiorentina and Vlahovic are miles away from agreeing new terms, which could play directly into Tottenham’s hands.

Spurs are very keen on the 21-year-striker, who is valued at £55 million (Alfredo Pedulla), but Fiorentina have fought hard to keep hold of him.

La Viola wanted to offer Vlahovic new terms to keep him around.

But with the striker now seemingly refusing to pen a new deal, they could be forced into a sale – especially with Tottenham seemingly prepared to spend big.

And the latest update about Vlahovic certainly seems to have excited Tottenham fans.

Strong signing

If Spurs were to land Vlahovic he certainly could be an appealing addition to their side.

All reports have claimed that Spurs want the Serbian to play alongside Harry Kane, and that could make them a huge attacking threat.

Vlahovic netted 21 goals last season and if he could repeat similar figures this time around, Tottenham would have the firepower to really challenge for a Champions League spot again.
