Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says he has now said goodbye to Arsenal-bound Oleksandr Zinchenko.
As per Sky Sports, Guardiola says he has now said goodbye to Zinchenko ahead of his impending move to north London.
Guardiola says he has not had the chance to say goodbye to Gabriel Jesus, who also swapped City for Arsenal already this summer.
And Raheem Sterling also left for Chelsea without a farewell, but Guardiola was keen to make his gratitude for all three clear.

“Myself and on behalf of the club, our gratitude for the effort and for how they behave on and off the pitch,” said Guardiola of his departed stars, including Zinchenko.
“It was nice yesterday with Alex because we could say goodbye properly.
“Unfortunately, with Raheem and Gabriel we could not because it was the summertime.
“But yesterday, at dinner, together we could say goodbye to him and on to Arsenal.”

Zinchenko is all set to move from City to Arsenal, where he will hope to go from a fringe player to one with more of a guarantee of gametime.
There should also be the chance to play far more often in the centre of midfield, with City’s options in that area forcing him to play at left-back more often than not under Guardiola.
Arsenal are getting a great technician and professional, who has experience of winning the Premier League title on multiple occasions, which should be another shrewd move.
