Two players Leeds United fans will be familiar with are Mimoun Mahi and Moise Kean. The reason why, is that Leeds are often credited with an interest in the pair.
As reported by the Yorkshire Evening Post before the January 2018 transfer window, the Morocco international was on Victor Orta’s shortlist of options. The talented attacker had been in good form at Dutch side FC Groningen and would have been a shrewd piece of business from Leeds.
Kean is another who has been regularly linked. Most recently it was Spanish outlet Sport that suggested Leeds would move for the teenage Italian international in January.

But over the past 24 hours, it has become clear that Leeds United can forget about both of these long-term transfer targets.
Mahi, has gone elsewhere. As reported by Voetbal International, the Moroccan will be joining FC Zurich before the Swiss transfer window closes on Friday.
Kean also looks set for a Juventus stay. His sporting director Fabio Paratici has made it clear to Gazzetta dello Sport that Kean’s long-term future is at Juventus. So any lingering hopes Leeds may have had regarding the teenage wonderkid can also be put to bed.
With the amount of rumours that circulate regarding potential Leeds United transfer,s it is always nice to rule out a couple early on. It seems this pair are two such players that Leeds will not be signing.
