A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans are now convinced that any hopes they may have had of bringing Brendan Rodgers to Spurs are now well and truly over.
Spurs are currently on the lookout for a new manager in wake of Jose Mourinho’s sacking last month, and the Leicester boss was heavily linked with the role.
Sky Sports previously reported that Rodgers was not interested in the role as he believed the Foxes could become regular contenders for Europe.

Despite this apparent snub, speculation continued to link the Northern Irishman to the Spurs hotseat.
But that was before Saturday, when Leicester beat Chelsea at Wembley to lift the FA Cup for the first time in their history.
Over the past few years, the East Midlands club has won the Premier League, competed in the Champions League and Europa League, and has now lifted the FA Cup.
On top of that, they remain on track for a top-four finish, sitting six points clear of fifth-placed Liverpool, although they’ve played a game more than the Reds.
With all that in mind, why would Rodgers leave all that behind?
Here’s what some Spurs fans have made of his team’s victory today:
