Wolves fans have reacted to a report claiming the Molineux outfit is hesitating over a move for Nikola Milenkovic.

According to Sky Sports, Wolves have held talks with the 23-year-old defensive powerhouse.

As well as Wolves, Milenkovic has reportedly spoken to two other Premier League clubs – Spurs and West Ham.

But Sky Sports claims that the Fiorentina ace has become frustrated over the lack of progress from all three clubs.

Wolves are reportedly “wary” of the finances involved in a move for Milenkovic.

Spurs are still mulling over a swoop, while West Ham’s David Moyes has opted not to take his interest any further, added the report.

As a result, Milenkovic is now apparently considering penning a new contract with the Viola.

Given the 6ft 5in defender’s contract expires next year, this would be the perfect opportunity for suitors to swoop.

Wolves were linked with Ruben Dias in 2019 but reportedly called off a move due to the Portuguese’s price tag.
