Loaned out at the start of the season, Ryan Kent clearly feels that he has a point to prove to Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp whilst playing for Steven Gerrard at Rangers.
The winger has been on fire for the Scottish side, particularly in Europa League action as he stood out yet again up against Rapid Wien, and is showing what he could have offered the Reds with his impressive displays.
As Mohamed Salah struggles to recover his form from last season and Sadio Mane looks increasingly jaded, Kent’s pace and explosive running down the flank would be welcome on Merseyside.

The youngster signed a long-term contract last summer but has been unable to break through into the Liverpool first team after loan spells at Freiburg and Bristol City in 2017/18.
With 15 games under his belt already this season, only two less than he managed in the whole of the last campaign, he is finally getting the first team exposure that Klopp hoped for him under Gerrard’s management.
Now, he’ll be hoping to show that he can offer the kind of depth that Klopp’s current squad is lacking on the flanks.
