‘Is it too late?’: Arsenal fans react as West Ham close in on Said Benrahma transfer

Arsenal fans have been reacting on Twitter to the news that Said Benrahma is set to join West Ham United for around £20m.

The Gunners had been linked with a move for the Algerian over the summer but now, according to Sky Sports, the Hammers are close to completing a deal for the Brentford winger.

It means that the Bees will have lost their two key attacking players this summer, with Ollie Watkins moving to Aston Villa earlier in the window.

Benrahma has long been seen as a Premier League level player. Arsenal, then, were seen as frontrunners at one point as Mikel Arteta looked to add quality to the wide areas over the summer.

However, it seems the trickster is now set for the Olympic Stadium and some Arsenal fans have been having their say on social media.
