Crystal Palace fans enjoyed an incredible start to the weekend as they beat Spurs 3-0 in Saturday’s early Premier League kickoff.

Patrick Vieira earned his first win as Eagles manager against Tottenham, a side he routinely tormented in his playing days.

Palace dominated proceedings early on at Selhurst Park, though they couldn’t break the deadlock come half-time.

However, Spurs went down to ten men just before the hour mark as Japhet Tanganga picked up two quickfire yellows.

From then on, there was no coming back for Tottenham as Palace took the lead on 76 minutes via Wilfried Zaha’s penalty.

Odsonne Edouard then came on for his debut and immediately made his mark, slotting just seconds after his introduction.

The summer signing then got a second in injury time to cap off a wonderful day for the Eagles.

And again, Conor Gallagher delivered a masterclass for his loan side, winning the penalty and setting up Edouard for their third.

The Chelsea loanee has been sensational so far this season and Eagles fans are delighted to have him on board.

He’s reportedly on a £17,000-a-week contract until 2025 which he penned last year – if that’s the case, surely he’s in line for a big payrise already.
