Newcastle United winger Ryan Fraser put in an impressive display last night as Scotland ran out 1-0 winners over Czech Republic in their UEFA Nations League meeting in Glasgow.
The Magpies man got the game’s only goal in the sixth minute, slotting past Tomas Vaclik after being played in by Lyndon Dykes.
As well as netting the winner, Fraser was a constant thorn in the opposition’s side and weighed in with a couple more efforts before coming off in the 70th minute.

The 26-year-old featured in all of Scotland’s games this international break, helping his nation to an eight-game unbeaten run.
Fraser has also done well for Newcastle, and although he’s only played 74 minutes in the Premier League so far, he registered an assist in the 3-1 win over Burnley.
The international break will have helped Fraser increase his match sharpness and plenty of fans – of Newcastle and Scotland – were pleased with his efforts on the night.
