Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has praised Gunners goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale following his superb display against Leicester on Saturday.
The Arsenal boss spoke of how the club seeks to invest money in talent and people who can be “great for the future” of the Gunners.
Arteta suggested that Ramsdale is proving to be one such player, hailing his “really encouraging” displays and urging him to keep up the good work.

Arsenal signed the 23-year-old from Sheffield United in the summer for a reported £30million.
Ramsdale’s arrival in north London was met with a mixed reception by the Arsenal fanbase, but he’s certainly silenced all the doubters.
Arteta’s charges began the season poorly, losing their first three Premier League games and not scoring a single goal.
However, they’ve now embarked on a nine-match unbeaten run, with Ramsdale’s efforts crucial to the cause.
On Saturday, Arsenal ran out 2-0 winners over Leicester at the King Power.
Ramsdale was simply sensational, making a string of saves including a world-class stop from a James Maddison free kick.

After the game, football.london asked Arteta whether the summer signing had exceeded his expectations following “questions over the money spent”.
He replied: “We invest money in talent and people that we believe can be great for the future of the club.
“We made the decision based on that.
“Aaron has had some really encouraging performances.
“(On Saturday) he made some incredible saves to help the team maintain the clean sheet.
“He needs to continue to do that. In football he has to do that for 50 games for 20 years. It is only the start.”
