Leeds United ground out an impressive win at Swansea City to edge themselves ever closer to a return to the Premier League, with Pablo Hernandez grabbing a late winner for the Whites.
The Spaniard came off the bench to coolly fire home late on in Wales to send the Leeds fans watching at home into raptures.

It was a goal that Leeds probably just deserved, too. Freddie Woodman made a couple of fine saves to keep Bielsa’s men at bay throughout.
But while Hernandez was the man grabbing the headlines, Leeds fans were also quick to point out the contribution of right-back, Luke Ayling.
The fan-favourite played the ball in for Hernandez to fire home and it was typical of the effort and then, composure, Ayling has shown all season.
Leeds fans, then, were loving what they saw from Ayling on Twitter, with plenty of them quick to praise the defender.
