West Ham United defender Angelo Ogbonna has steadily been improving in recent weeks.
The Italian has been filling in for Fabian Balbuena since the Paraguayan injured his knee against Watford in December.
Before his injury, Balbuena had been a rock at the back for the Hammers alongside Issa Diop, and his absence was certainly felt at first.

Deputy Ogbonna struggled at first and some Hammers fans were worried about the team slipping down the Premier League table due to a leaky defence.
But in recent weeks Ogbonna has really started to improve his form, to the point where Balbuena may now face a fight to reclaim his starting berth.
No guaranteed return for Balbuena
Ogbonna really has stepped up to the plate, which will certainly given Manuel Pellegrini a selection headache when Balbuena is ready to go again.
Balbuena was solid following his arrival at the club for £6.5 million (Sky Sports) – arguably the unsung hero of the team alongside Diop.
But does the Chilean really want to risk ruining an ever-improving backline?

Admittedly West Ham’s lack of actual clean sheets is a concern, but they have only shipped four in their last four league games, with Ogbonna having impressed across those matches.
The Italian will be hoping to keep his upward trajectory going, with Balbuena – who is back in light training – edging closer to a return.
