Ademola Lookman has certainly had an interesting few months. The Everton youngster headed out on loan to Bundesliga side RB Leipzig in January. It was a deal Everton fans did not like, considering how highly rated he is in the terraces.
He went on to prove the fans right. Lookman was outstanding for the Bundesliga side, with five goals and four assists in 11 games for the club. That form even saw murmurings of a potential shock England call-up.
With the appointment of Marco Silva this summer, Lookman would have been hoping for a fresh start. The Portuguese has consistently insisted that Lookman is indeed in his plans.
However, the signing of Richarlison and Bernard suggests another difficult season for Lookman.

This week, could, therefore, be huge for the talented England youngster.
Leipzig remain interested. As reported by Sky Sports, Everton will only consider his sale for a package worth over £28 million and manager Ralf Rangnick is hopeful a deal can still be put together.
But with Everton in League Cup action v Rotherham on Wednesday night Lookman is surely in with a chance of playing.
“We’ll just wait. When Everton wants to keep the player they will tell us. If not we’ll see if there’s a chance of still getting him.”
So much could hinge on the fixture. If he shows Everton just what he is capable of, than surely they will not sell. With Richarlison suspended for the weekend clash with Huddersfield, Lookman could even be in line for a Premier League start.
If however, Lookman struggles, perhaps he will be sent packing to Germany after all.
When it comes to the young attacker’s Everton career, this week could be make-or-break.
