'I'm about to cry': Some Liverpool fans gutted as Chelsea reportedly want Reds-linked star

Liverpool fans have reacted to reports claiming Saul Niguez is now a Chelsea target.

The Reds have been frequently linked with the 26-year-old, whose future at Atletico Madrid appears uncertain.

Liverpool lost Georginio Wijnaldum’s services last season, the Dutchman joining PSG on a free transfer.

The Anfield outfit could really do with bolstering their midfield ranks and Saul would be a great shout.

However, Liverpool’s Premier League rivals have now apparently set their sights on the Spaniard.

Fabrizio Romano said on Monday that Saul is “one of the possibilities” for Chelsea, who will decide this week whether to buy a new midfielder.

Meanwhile, The Telegraph claims the Champions League holders are weighing up a loan move for Saul.
