Harry Redknapp has offered West Ham United star Declan Rice some transfer advice if the big clubs come calling in one of the next two transfer windows.
The Englishman is undoubtedly one of the best midfielders in the Premier League at the moment. Still only 22, Rice is destined for a big transfer away from the London Stadium in the very near future with Manchester United and Chelsea constantly linked with a move for him.
He would instantly improve both clubs, while he could become a star at Manchester City under Pep Guardiola too if they come in for him.
However, Redknapp has urged Rice to snub everyone and stay at West Ham.
Harry Redknapp wants Declan Rice to snub all transfer offers and stay at West Ham
The ex-West Ham and Tottenham boss told TalkSport: “He’s very much a massive part of the team at West Ham.
“It’s a great club to be at and unless he’s going to go Man City, maybe Man United or whatever. He’s been at Chelsea as a kid so I think that’d be a difficult one for them, to spend the money having given him away when he was young.
“So I think he’s in a great place at West Ham and I’d like to see him stay there long term. He’s in the England team so it’s not holding him back at all and West Ham look like a team who are on the up.
“They could be challenging for trophies in the next year so hopefully, for West Ham’s sake, he stays another few years there.”

TBR View:
As much as Irons fans, David Moyes and Redknapp would like to see Rice stay at West Ham for a long, long time, it’s extremely unlikely.
The Hammers are definitely on the up and if they can get the next few transfer windows right, they could go on to achieve great things. However, they will still be a long way off Manchester City and Chelsea, who should be able to get Rice if they really want him in one of the next two windows.
As for Rice himself, nobody can question his loyalty to the Irons. He has given his all for the club and he will continue to do so as long as he’s there. When he decides to move on, he won’t leave the Hammers empty-handed as his sale will help them earn a ridiculous amount of money, which should be viewed as a positive.
It will be interesting to see where Rice will end up if and when he decides to leave the Hammers. His former club Chelsea are the favourites, but don’t be surprised to see the two Manchester sides have their say in the race as well.
