Ian Wright has delivered a hugely exciting verdict on Arsenal star Aaron Ramsdale, telling his podcast he is “unbelievable” in the dressing room.
Ramsdale, 23, has thrown out criticism over his big-money move to the Gunners from Sheffield United. His early form has been incredible.
Clocking up eight appearances having overtaken Bernd Leno, Ramsdale has kept a whopping five clean sheets. Ramsdale has conceded just four times.
Sensational stats, but he offers so much more. Ramsdale provides a bit of charisma in the defence, a bit of leadership that was lacking so badly.

Ramsdale is becoming a fan favourite – turning round to Leicester fans and joining in their chant, or shouting at defenders when Aston Villa scored.
Arsenal legend Wright applauded Ramsdale – suggesting he has enormous potential, and what the England star is like in the Arsenal dressing room.
“He’s 24 and has had two seasons of making saves in teams that have gone down,” Wright said, on his own podcast Wrighty’s House.
“Now, Arsenal are reaping the benefits of the experience he has. The ceiling on this guy. He is unbelievable in the dressing room.”

Wright on Ramsdale: Fee quickly looking like an Arsenal bargain
Pundits and fans could not understand it, and they were probably right to. Ramsdale cost £30million – but the Gunners already had Leno.
A Germany international, Leno was seen as a leader and one of the Arsenal stars that had been decent – during a very tricky Gunners spell of form.
But now, that transfer fee is looking like a bargain. Ramsdale, along with Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu, has revolutionised the Arsenal defence.
He could not have made a better start. If Ramdale, White, Gabriel, Kieran Tierney and Tomiyasu stay fit, Arsenal have a chance of a top-six finish.
