Pedro Neto has been one of the stars of the Premier League season so far.

The Portuguese winger has been utterly electric for Wolves, and, as you can imagine, his good performances have led to plenty of speculation about his future.

Almost every top club in the Premier League has been linked with Neto as of late, and speaking on TalkSPORT, Darren Bent has claimed that he would love to see the attacker come to Arsenal to play in tandem with Bukayo Saka.

Darren Bent wants Pedro Neto at Arsenal

The pundit spoke about Neto coming to the Emirates.

“I would love to have him at Arsenal. Rotate – Saka needs a bit of rest,” Bent said.

“I wonder if he’s the type of player Liverpool would be looking at if Salah moves on?” his co-host said.

“Yeah, I guess so,” Bent said.

“He is so quick. He is quicker than you think. When Wolves break and he has got the ball, good luck keeping up with him. I like him.”

Perfect signing

Neto would be an ideal signing for Arsenal.

As Bent says, Bukayo Saka does need a rest every now and then, and, currently, the Gunners don’t have much depth down that right side.

The £18m man has proven his value in the Premier League, causing all sorts of problems for some of the best defenders in the league, and now, he’s ready to make that next step up to a top club.

Unfortunately for Arsenal, there are bound to be other clubs in for Neto this summer, and he may be in line for more minutes at another team. After all, can you really imagine Arsenal dropping Bukayo Saka at any point?

Neto would be a fantastic signing, but whether or not Arsenal can get this one done remains to be seen.
