Tyler Adams says he has been stunned by the lack of egos in the dressing room at Leeds United after joining this summer.
Adams has spoken to the official Leeds United podcast about his start to life at Elland Road, and has hailed the atmosphere at the club.
The American has settled in expertly and has been a key part of why they sit third going into the weekend action after beating Chelsea last time out in the Premier League.

Adams shares what has surprised him about Leeds so far
He said: “It’s completely different to clubs I’ve been at. There’s no egos in the team and that’s very rare in a team to have no jealously or envy of the guys who are playing.
“Instead the guys who aren’t playing are supporting the guys who are playing and then working as hard as possible to make sure they are in the line-up or impress the coach.
“Coming into this locker room I was completely surprised by how selfless every player was.
“They have bought into the idea that this could be an important year for the club and the progression we want to improve off of last year.”
Jesse Marsch has had to deal with the loss of his two best players in Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips, who met in a friendly between Barcelona and Manchester City in midweek.
Adams has helped Leeds move on from Phillips, as Jesse Marsch has reshaped the Elland Road midfield more to his demands.
The key now is keeping it going but the signs are good in Marsch’s first full season after replacing Marcelo Bielsa.
They would have a 100 per cent record but for allowing Southampton back into the game earlier this month and face Brighton today looking to remain unbeaten.
