'I just get the feeling': Paul Merson predicts Leeds v Wolves result

Leeds United and Wolves lock horns in Saturday’s Premier League clash at Elland Road.

The Whites are struggling this season, with just one victory to their name in the league, and will be desperate to get back to winning ways.

Marcelo Bielsa’s charges fell to a meek 1-0 defeat against Southampton last time out, leaving them just three points above the relegation zone.

Late goals from Romain Saiss, Conor Coady and Ruben Neves gave Bruno Lage’s side a stunning 3-2 win in Birmingham.

Paul Merson, writing in Sportskeeda, believes it’ll be a tight game in West Yorkshire, but feels Leeds will run out 2-1 winners.

“Wolves staged a great comeback against Aston Villa last weekend in the Premier League,” he wrote.

“They were never in the game for 80 minutes or so, but they came back to win the derby 3-2 with three quick-fire goals.

“Leeds United, on the other hand, disappointed me against Southampton and didn’t even have a shot on target.

“This is a big game for both teams, but I just get the feeling that Leeds will nick this one.

“They are a different team at home and will look to win their second Premier League game of the season after comfortably beating Watford earlier this month.”
