Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-min has been praised by Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville, who believes the Spurs star would “walk into any starting eleven in the world”.
The South Korea international has been one of Tottenham’s best and most consistent players over the years but this term he has truly gone up to the next level.
Son has claimed 15 goals and eight assists this season, including 12 goals and five assists from just 16 Premier League games.

In addition, his attacking partnership with Harry Kane has reached almost telepathic levels, the two players regularly combining together for goals.
Against Leeds at the weekend, Son scored his 100th goal for Tottenham, as well as providing an assist en route to a 3-0 win.
“Son, he’s a player that would walk into any starting eleven in the world,” Neville said on his podcast on Sky Sports.
“Any starting eleven, I don’t care who that team is. I don’t hold back – he’s absolutely outstanding.
“Quick, intelligent, assists, goals, unselfish – a brilliant football player. World class. If they could get Gareth Bale out on the pitch and scoring they could be even more potent in front of goal.
“Most other clubs fans probably quite like him too. He’s one of those players you can’t dislike. You haven’t got a bad word to say about him.”
TBR View:
Son’s heroics for Spurs over the years obviously need no introduction, but he’s hitting new heights this season with some simply sensational performances.
An increasing number of pundits are delivering increasingly complimentary comments about the Spurs star, and hopefully he’ll be able to help his club to silverware this season after over a decade without a major trophy.
