Arsenal want a wide forward next after missing out on Raphinha and sealing the signing of Oleksandr Zinchenko.
On YouTube, journalist Freddie Paxton says he expects Mikel Arteta to go back in for another winger as the Gunners’ transfer business continues.
It might have been a surprise to see Arsenal go in so hard for a top class left-footed right winger, who can cut in like Bukayo Saka.
But it seems they have not given up on adding to their firepower out wide and could step up that pursuit after getting their man in Zinchenko.

Arsenal want a wide forward
“The priority now after signing Zinchenko will be a wide forward,” he said.
“A lot of people would have preferred if it was a central midfielder but I think they have their sights set on a wide forward.
“After that, with central midfield, they will look at what we have been able to shift out of the squad and assess what we have spent and what our resources are.
“I do think they will bring in another wide forward. They are definitely a couple of names that we could hear more about in the coming days and weeks, but I don’t want to put my neck on the line and say something that’s wrong. I would rather err on the side of caution.”

It has been expected all summer long that Arsenal will sign Youri Tielemans but they seem to be in absolutely no rush in getting that done.
Zinchenko might be the central midfield recruit Mikel Arteta is happy with, and then he wants to move onto a new winger.
Will one of the right quality come if he knows he will be second fiddle to Saka? Is it the right call to leave the Tielemans deal so long, and risk potentially not getting it done at all?
Time will tell, but we may see some new names come onto the Arsenal radar in the days ahead.
