A number of Arsenal fans have urged Mikel Arteta to name Gabriel Martinelli in the Gunners starting XI for tonight’s Europa League clash.
Arsenal will face Olympiakos at the Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium in their last-16 first leg this evening.
The Gunners dropped more points in the Premier League at the weekend and, as such, the Europa League increasingly looks like the best opportunity to secure Champions League football.

Martinelli joined Arsenal from Brazilian side Ituano FC in the summer of 2019 for £6million and has made 34 competitive appearances for the Gunners, but just nine this season.
The 19-year-old was nothing short of superb in his debut season for Arsenal as he netted 10 goals in all competitions, including away at Liverpool as well as Chelsea.
However, he was an unused substitute for the sixth successive Premier League fixture at the weekend as the Gunners were held to a 1-1 draw at Turf Moor.
Martinelli is highly rated at the club and certainly amongst the fans, so plenty would like to see him start tonight.
