It was a nightmare start for Slaven Bilic and the Hammers after last weekend’s thrashing against Arsenal when Adam Lallana opened the scoring in the fourth minute, but the Irons produced a quality display to fight back. Dimitri Payet scored from distance with a free-kick before Michail Antonio rounded Loris Karius to put his side in the lead. Darren Randolph’s error then allowed Divock Origi to equalise after half time but West Ham held on to earn a point which saw them move out of the relegation zone.

One superb stop to keep the Hammers in the game, but it was the cross that he spilled which allowed Liverpool to equalise early in the second half and give them a shot at victory with 40 minutes to play.
