How Liverpool’s players rated in their convincing 4-1 victory over Stoke City

Liverpool managed to keep the pressure on Chelsea with another convincing victory. They were incredible once more in attack, scoring four times from 20 shots. On another day, they could have won by a bigger margin. They are putting themselves in a great position ahead of 2017 and will be confident of finishing in the top four. Their only problem is their defence as they always look likely to ship goals and they failed to keep a clean sheet once again on Tuesday. Here is how their players rated in the win over Stoke City:

Simon Mignolet – The Belgian wasn’t convincing this evening and was arguably at fault for the opening goal. He had got himself into a good position, but failed to keep out Jonathan Walters’s header. Although it was a powerful effort, Mignolet got a hand to it and will be disappointed that he didn’t keep it out. 4
