Got in all the right positions and made all the right movements, but struggled to ever really threaten when on the ball. Could feel hard done by to have been taken off on the hour mark.

Roberto Firmino – 7

Worked tirelessly to close the Red Devils’ defence down whenever possible and never gave up on that front. Sloppy in possession when it couldn’t be afforded late on. He may not have had many goalscoring opportunities come his way, but that doesn’t mean that his work was any less valuable.
