Nathaniel Clyne – 4
Embarrassed by Olsson for Swansea’s second goal and then lost his man and gave Sigurdsson time and space to score. He looked uncomfortable throughout. Looked a little rusty and his presence wasn’t as dangerous as usual when getting forwards.
Dejan Lovren – 5
Dragged all over the place and was not helped by the shocking performances of those around him. Should have commanded the back line better but instead struggled to keep up. Had a few shots from distance.
Ragnar Klavan – 4
Easily beaten by Fernando Llorente who headed his second goal home powerfully and then inadvertently set up Gylfi Sigurdsson with a woeful clearance. Picked up a needless booking and was living on the edge for much of the second half.
James Milner – 6
Superb cross for Firmino’s goal and was the least to blame of the back four. In a real battle on the left-hand side but he generally handled the Swansea counterattacks well and supported the attack well.
