How Harry Kane feels about his Tottenham future after Arsenal defeat
Harry Kane is increasingly frustrated at Tottenham after their weekend defeat to Arsenal continued their recent patchy form.
That is according to 90Min, who claim Kane is far from happy with how results have been going at Spurs either side of the World Cup.
The report says Spurs are confident Kane will extend his current contract, which runs until 2024, but there is interest from Bayern Munich and Manchester United.
Apparently, Kane’s camp have not ruled out a move abroad and it seems he is still waiting to see if the club can match his ambition.
Kane frustrated at Tottenham following Arsenal loss
It might be too simplistic to say that Kane is waiting to see if Antonio Conte will sign a new contract before he commits his own future.
The Italian may be waiting for his talisman to do the exact same, with both potentially unsure on the direction of travel at Spurs.
It seems that there are not many potential exit routes for Kane if he does go, and Daniel Levy may well make it incredibly hard for any suitor to do a deal.
But Kane is embarking on what would be his last big contract and he will want to end his career with some trophies, which have so far eluded him.
Under Conte, Spurs do not look close to achieving that, and they have gone backwards since they finished in the top four last season.
Kane and Conte both have big decisions to make and Spurs are a club close to turmoil at the moment, with no clear way out.
