Kyle Walker – Was afforded so much space on the right-hand side of the field and was always available for the switch when England were in possession in the final third. Can be argued that he was England’s most potent attacking option for the opening hour; impressive evening’s work. 8.
Michael Keane – Had a much easier ride than on his debut against Germany during the week, looking assured and dependable when the opposition briefly entered England’s half. At 24-years-old he looks like he could become an integral part of this England set-up for the foreseeable future. 7.
John Stones – Did extremely well to keep his concentration at the end of a previously uneventful first-half to hook the ball off of the line and prevent a Lithuania equaliser. Other than that incident it was a relatively comfortable afternoon for the Manchester City defender. 6.
Ryan Bertrand – Much like Walker on the opposite flank he was positioned as a left-winger for most of the match, offering himself on the over-lap to Sterling time and time again. Not frightened to take his man on and deliver a teasing ball across the face of the goal. Good performance from him. 7.
