Looked nervous throughout and never really looked comfortable either on or off the ball. The pressure from United’s attack meant that he wasn’t afforded a spare second to think that may have helped to calm him down.

Much more like a performance of the old David Luiz that seemed to have disappeared, he was too often pulled all over the place by the movement of Marcus Rashford and could have done better for the first goal.

Tried desperately to calm down the backline with his experience, but he lacked the sharp edge that United had when they pressed on the front foot and was caught out time and time again.
