Subs

Nemanja Matic (for Pedro, 65) – 6

Kept hold of the ball well and was strong in the tackle, could have fingers pointed his way for drifting too far forward for Lanzini’s late strike and he didn’t do anything to pose a major threat to Cesc Fabregas’ starting role.

Willian (for Hazard, 74) – 6

Looked to exploit the gaps in a tiring West Ham defence with his pace when he could, but there weren’t too many opportunities for the Brazilian to do so.

Kurt Zouma (for Moses, 77) – 6

By the time he was introduced, Chelsea didn’t have much serious defending to do, but he will welcome the opportunity to get some more first-team minutes under his belt.
