Victor Moses – 6
Like many of his recent displays, he worked hard and made himself an option frequently, but failed to produce anything with it and his final ball was disappointing on almost every occasion. A rest and serious competition could do him some good.
Nathaniel Chalobah – 6
Worked hard but looked like the weak link in the Blues’ team. With some poor passing at times, he was forced to work harder than usual to make up for the loss of possession. At this stage of the season, he’ll be pleased to have played the full 90 minutes.
Cesc Fabregas – 8
The pick of the bunch, he nearly scored in a late move but set up several opportunities for others, with his chip for Willian the closest with the score still at 0-0. The Spaniard showed his quality and experience and he stood out as a class above everyone else on the field.
Pedro – 6
Playing in the left wing-back role, this was perhaps his toughest test defensively to date and it certainly showed. Great movement to head home and open the scoring at a crucial moment, but he didn’t look comfortable when Wolves were on the attack.
