A number of Arsenal fans have urged the Gunners to bring back Dennis Bergkamp in wake of Mikel Arteta telling Okko Sport that there will be additions to his coaching staff next year and amid rumours linking Freddie Ljungberg with an exit.
At present, Arteta’s coaching team consists of Ljungberg, Albert Stuivenberg, Steve Round, Inaki Cana Pavon and Sal Bibbo.
However, according to Sportbladet, Ljungberg has now emerged as one of the “dream” candidates to become AIK Fotboll’s new manager following Rikard Norling’s departure.

There were hopes amongst some fans that Arsenal cult hero Santi Cazorla would rejoin this summer following his departure from Villarreal but he is continuing his playing career with Qatari giants Al Sadd.
Moving on to Bergkamp, the former Gunners forward recently told FourFourTwo – as quoted by Football London – of his desire to return to coaching “when the time is right”, and described Arsenal as the “ideal” destination.
Given Arteta’s comments on potential new coaching arrivals at the Emirates Stadium, Ljungberg reportedly on the radar of another club, and Bergkamp’s desire to return to coaching combined with his love of Arsenal, some fans hope the club can make something happen.
