Arsenal legend Tony Adams was spotted watching the U-21 side last night in their EFL Trophy clash against Swindon Town.

Football London reporter Chris Wheatley posted to Twitter a photo of ‘Mr. Arsenal’ in attendance for the young Gunners clash with the League Two side.

Arsenal lost 2-1 to Swindon with Joel Ideho scoring the sole goal for the Gunners on the night. An own goal from Kido Taylor-Hart, however, meant that the hosts secured all three points.

Indeed, was a big night in general for the young talents from the north London side. Folarin Balogun and Tyreese John-Jules both made their England U-21 debuts whilst Arsenal were facing Swindon.

Whilst the game ended in defeat for Arsenal, fans on social media were largely pleased with how the youngster performed against a professional team.
