Heung-min Son appeared to be angry with his Tottenham Hotspur Guglielmo Vicario teammate at Villa Park on Sunday.
It was all smiles for Tottenham over the weekend after they picked up a statement 4-0 win at Aston Villa.
Ange Postecoglou’s men put in an exceptional second-half performance, with James Maddison, Heung-min Son, Brennan Johnson and Timo Werner all getting on the scoresheet.
Spurs limited Villa on the day, with Unai Emery’s men struggling to play out from the back and create chances in the final third.
Guglielmo Vicario was barely called into action and kept a rare clean sheet on the road, his sixth of the season. But the 27-year-old did make a smart stop to deny Nicolo Zaniolo on the day as he raced off his line to block the Villa forward’s attempt.
It led to Vicario taking a stud to the back of his head, which required him to have treatment from Tottenham’s medical team. And Son looked concerned for his teammate at the time.

Son furious with Vicario at Villa Park
In a video posted on X, Son can be spotted standing to the side for a short period while Vicario received treatment after taking a whack to the head.
The Tottenham skipper then approached the goalkeeper and grabbed his shoulder twice while shouting at him.
Yves Bissouma then diffused the situation and walked Son away from Vicario.
At the end of the game, the duo could be seen sharing a hug after Spurs picked up a vital victory.

You’d imagine that Son was concerned for his £17 million teammate after taking a heavy blow to the head.
As the club captain, you can understand why Son was angry in the moment as he probably felt Vicario should have been substituted.
Nevertheless, Vicario seemed fine after getting back to his feet and he helped Spurs see out a brilliant win on the road.
