Eamon Dunphy claims Tottenham Hotspur forward Dejan Kulusevski has been ‘transformed’ under Ange Postecoglou this season.
The pundit has been speaking on The Stand and singled out Kulusevski for praise after an excellent start to the season with Spurs.
Kulusevski has started in every single Premier League game under Ange Postecoglou so far and has quickly established himself as an integral part of the side.

The 23-year-old has only managed two goals in 10 Premier League appearances so far. But his creative influence off the right-hand side has been key to Tottenham’s early-season success.
And Dunphy believes he’s been like a new player for Spurs this season.
Dunphy says Kulusevski has been ‘transformed’ this season
Speaking on The Stand, Dunphy admitted that he was unaware of some of the talented players Spurs have in their ranks.
“There are an awful lot of new players in the side,” the pundit said. “I don’t know them, I’ve just seen them now in the last few games.
“Porro, Romero, Bissouma, Kulusevski, who was there before, but he’s transformed. Obviously Maddison.
“He’s [Postecoglou] getting the very best out of Son.”
It’s no secret that Kulusevski struggled last season after making such a huge impact in the 2021-22 campaign.
The Swede wasn’t alone though as most of Tottenham’s players underperformed under Antonio Conte last time out.
But Kulusevski has impressed so far this season and has managed more progressive carries than any other player in the Premier League.

While he will need to improve his efficiency in the final third, the winger brings a balance to Tottenham’s front three and his ball retention qualities can’t be underestimated.
He’s playing in a slightly different role under Postecoglou which requires him to stay out wide more often. But it seems to be benefiting his game so far and Spurs will be hopeful there’s more to come from the Swedish international.
