Celtic got their pre-season preparations underway with a 1-1 draw against French outfit Nice, as a goal from Patryk Klimala was enough for the Bhoys to take a share of the spoils – albeit a friendly.
Neil Lennon’s men are over in France as they prepare for the new campaign to come. Nice represented the first in a series of games to be played in Europe, with PSG among those still to be faced.
Kasper Dolberg gave the French side the lead in the first period. However, Celtic worked their way into the game and substitute Klimala got the leveller on 70 minutes.

The Polish striker only arrived at the club in January but is looking to have a big impact this coming season as Celtic look to make it ten in a row.
