Tottenham Hotspur defender Cristian Romero has described Spurs teammate Clement Lenglet as “excellent”.
The Argentina international believes the Tottenham summer arrival is “going to add a lot” to the Spurs group.
Lenglet joined Tottenham on loan from Barcelona in early July, becoming the fifth of seven summer signings at N17.

To date, the 27-year-old has made three appearances for Antonio Conte’s side.
He started Tottenham’s last two Premier League games and did well, notably in the 2-1 win over Fulham.
Lenglet was also in the starting XI for the Champions League victory over Marseille.
Prior to that game, Romero praised the Frenchman in the official matchday programme, as transcribed by football.london.
“We’ve built a good working relationship within the group since his arrival and we’re helping him to integrate as fast as possible,” he said.
“As a player, he’s excellent and he’s going to add a lot to the group, which is going to be paramount for the year ahead, seeing as we’re involved in many competitions where we want to be at our highest level.
“These types of players make the squad better, so it’s very important to have them in our ranks.
“All the new players are making a great squad even better – the club has made great signings and that’s important.
“Sure, it’s not easy initially to adapt to our style of play given the tactics we employ, but after that initial adaptation phase, we’re already witnessing their potential and what great help they’re going to be to the team.”

Romero returned to the starting XI against Fulham and Marseille after missing three games last month with an adductor issue.
