‘He’ll be flying this year’: Some Celtic fans wowed by how one player looks in training

Celtic fans have praised Albian Ajeti after seeing him looking leaner and sharper in a training video the Hoops shared on Friday.

The 24-year-old joined the Scottish Premiership giants from English club West Ham last summer for a reported £5million.

However, Ajeti struggled in his debut season for Celtic, scoring just six goals all season.

He made 30 appearances in all competitions, including 19 in the Premiership, but 17 of those came from the bench.

Few Celtic players emerged from last season with any credit, in all honesty.

However, with Ange Postecoglou now at the helm and a fresh start for all, things are looking a bit more positive.

On Friday, Celtic shared a video of the squad in training, with Postecoglou mic’d up.

And some fans spotted how much slimmer Ajeti looks, praising the Swiss striker for the work he’s put in during the off-season.
