Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Ruslan Malinovskyi “dreams of Tottenham” and “would love” to join Spurs.
The transfer insider was speaking about the reported Tottenham target on the latest episode of the Here We Go podcast.
Malinovskyi has been heavily linked with Spurs over the past week or so.

TuttoAtalanta reported last week that Tottenham were looking to bring the Ukraine international to N17.
A few days later, Calciomercato.com claimed that Tottenham were actually leading the race for Malinovskyi.
Also, Tuttomercatoweb reported that Spurs were willing to offer up Sergio Reguilon in return for the 29-year-old.
Now, Romano has claimed that, while Malinovskyi wants to join Tottenham, the club hasn’t yet firmed up their interest.
“It’s true that Ruslan Malinovskyi dreams of Tottenham,” he said.
“He would love to join Tottenham, so on player side the message is pretty clear.
“But the only club that’s made an official proposal to Atalanta is Marseille.
“A swap deal with Cengiz Under. But Atalanta’s side it’s a no to current conditions.
“So no agreement with Marseille as of now, let’s see if Tottenham will decide to jump in.”
