‘He needs it more’: Arsenal fans discuss Saka and Leno’s player of the month nomination

Arsenal fans have been discussing Bukayo Saka and Bernd Leno today, as both players were nominated for the Premier League player of the month award.

Saka has been in tremendous form going forward. The young England man has been leading the charge in the final third, bringing the best out of his teammates along the way.

Leno, meanwhile, showed just why he is one of the world’s top goalkeepers in January, although he made a miserable start to February with his red card at Wolves this week. That red, naturally, has led to Leno coming in for a bit of stick from some fans.

However, looking at the comments on Twitter today there are some fans who think voting for Leno and making sure he gets the award could give the stopper a timely boost. Of course, Saka has plenty of supporters too, but the thoughts on Leno could hold value.
